Refund Policy

  1. Website Orders Return Policy

    For online orders, we may offer you a refund provided that:

    1. The items are returned within 30 days of purchase;
    2. Returned goods will only be accepted for a refund if they are accompanied by a Euro Tooltechnic Return Authorisation and the item and its packaging is returned in resaleable condition. Goods returned without Return Authorisations or not in resaleable condition will be returned to the sender at their cost. The item musts be unused or unworn, in the original sealed packaging, tags attached, the item must not be broken or tampered with, the manual and accessories are included;
    3. Customer is required to organise shipping back to Euro Tooltechnic at own cost.


    Exceptions:

    Clearance items, EX-Demo Items, Discontinued Items and Damaged / Seconds ordered online will only be eligible for a 30 day change of mind refund if they are in the same condition as when they were sold. This means it should not have any additional damage or signs of use beyond what was originally disclosed at the time of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and processing on change of mind Clearance items, EX-Demo Items, Discontinued Items and Damaged / Seconds. Please check each product for Warranty & Return conditions


    Please request a Return Authorisation at sales@tooltechnic.com.au, making sure you note the sales order number, reason for return, and include a photo of item/s being returned.

  2. Product Returns

    Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if they are accompanied by a Euro Tooltechnic Return Authorisation and the item and its packaging is returned in resaleable condition. Goods returned without Return Authorisations or not in resaleable condition will be returned to the sender. A Return Authorisation will be issued at our discretion and Return Authorisations issued for reasons other than errors caused by Euro Tooltechnic Pty Ltd will be subject to a rebooking fee of 15% of the net value of the invoice. Returns of products that have been ordered from Euro Tooltechnic's suppliers especially on request by the dealer are excluded from any returns policy and cannot be returned.
